Rick Bauer

Rick Bauer is a seasoned IT professional with a background in project management, business alignment of technology, and executive leadership roles. With a strong emphasis on bringing business value through technology and improved management practices, Rick has served as a CIO and Executive Director for various organizations.

Rick's expertise lies in strategic thinking, tactical execution, managing complexity, and clear leadership. He specializes in areas such as new product development, network storage, data center design, green IT, and complex project management. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is also skilled in technology development, public speaking, and business development.

Rick's educational background includes a Master's in Management of Technology from The Wharton School, a Bachelor's in English from the University of Florida, and an Associate's in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has also pursued additional studies in technology management, computer/information technology administration, and technical writing.

Rick is passionate about technology and business management challenges and aims to continue making a positive impact in these areas. When he's not immersed in the world of IT, Rick enjoys outdoor activities like hiking in the Rockies with his wife and dogs.
