Richard White is an accomplished entrepreneur known for founding UserVoice, a platform that helps technology companies manage customer feedback and make strategic product decisions. He served as the CEO of UserVoice from its inception in October 2007 until August 2020, during which time the company gained significant traction and became a vital tool for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. UserVoice is particularly noted for introducing the concept of feedback tabs, which are now widely used across many websites.135
Before establishing UserVoice, White worked on several projects, including as a UI designer for Kiko, a calendar application that was part of the first batch of Y Combinator in 2005.
