Richard Webster is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in research and development (R&D) and consultation projects. Webster is the Principal at PRMI and Director of the Hitt Models & Assessments Project, where he leads a team of experts dedicated to studying the contributions of Dr. William D. Hitt in education, leadership, and management. His specialties include organization development (OD) practice, self-assessment for self-renewal and self-development, and innovation achieved with applied creativity. Webster studied Business Administration at Antioch College and Higher Education Management at the University of Michigan, where he earned his MA and Ph.D. degrees.
Webster has worked for various organizations throughout his career, including the PRM Institute, where he served as Co-Director of the Hitt Models and Assessments Project and as a Founding Principal. He was also the Director of Executive Education at The Ohio State University and the Director of ACE / HEMI (American Council on Education) at the Higher Education Management Institute. Additionally, Webster served as the Research Director at HEMI.
