Richard Webster is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in research and development (R&D) and consultation projects. Webster is the Principal at PRMI and Director of the Hitt Models & Assessments Project, where he leads a team of experts dedicated to studying the contributions of Dr. William D. Hitt in education, leadership, and management. Webster studied Business Administration at Antioch College and Higher Education Management at the University of Michigan, where he earned his MA and Ph.D. degrees.
