His expertise spans various areas including cement job designs for onshore and offshore operations, acidizing in carbonate reservoirs, hydraulic fracturing of Tight Gas reservoirs, Coal Bed Methane, High Perm Oil formations. He has a rich background of working in diverse environments such as the North Sea, Continental Europe, Russia, Angola offshore, Algeria, and over the last 9 years in the Middle East (UAE/Bahrain/Oman). Richard has demonstrated his ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and is known for his flexibility and teamwork.
