Richard Sternin is an accomplished professional with a track record in leading recruiting teams in the video game industry.

As the head of the recruiting team at Visual Concepts, a division of 2K Games and Take-Two Interactive, he focuses on hiring talented individuals who contribute to creating renowned titles like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, and the innovative LEGO 2K Drive game.

Richard acknowledges the diverse range of skills and expertise required in the video game development process, which he finds both awe-inspiring and captivating.

His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a unique interest in late-night drumming from Rutgers University.

With a rich history of leadership roles, Richard has held positions such as Director of Recruiting, Senior Recruiting Manager, and Global Strategic Recruitment Leader in organizations like EY, Hearsay Systems, LendingClub, and Sentient Technologies.
