As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of eleXsys Energy, operating under the trade name Planet Ark Power, Richard focuses on bringing pioneering ideas to the market, particularly in the realm of clean technologies.

Before his current roles, Richard successfully managed a consulting business and held senior executive positions where he spearheaded change and commercialization initiatives across diverse organizations in Australia and Canada, highlighting his dedication to driving the adoption of clean energy solutions.

Passionate about fostering emerging clean technologies, Richard invests in clean-tech companies that offer innovative solutions to propel the shift towards a sustainable and clean energy future.

Richard's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding GoZero, later rebranded as Planet Ark Power, and launching their proprietary technology - eleXsys. This advancement led to the inception of eleXsys Energy in 2020, with Planet Ark Power serving as the principal licensee for eleXsys Energy in Australia.

Currently, Richard is focused on advancing eleXsys Energy's presence in global markets such as the EU, USA, and the Asia Pacific region, where renewable energy sources are progressively replacing traditional carbon-intensive energy generation methods.

Richard Romanowski holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Commerce, specializing in Marketing and Finance, from the University of Manitoba. Moreover, he is a distinguished graduate of the Australian Graduate School of Management, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
