Richard (Rick) McCarthy is an accomplished Business / Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, change leadership, and facilitating in lean and agile environments.

He has a robust background in developing and deploying strategies, leading organizations, managing operations, and enhancing startup growth.

With a successful track record in operational excellence programs, Rick excels in coaching change teams, building high-performing teams, and executing enterprise transformation initiatives.

As a dynamic executive, trainer, and mentor, Rick has worked with renowned firms like Accenture, PwC, EY, and has also founded his own Strategic Management Consulting and Training company.

He co-founded and served as Managing Director of Training Leadership Consulting for a decade, specializing in leadership development, change management, purpose-led strategy, and enterprise transformation consulting.

Rick is known for architecting small to large-scale operational excellence and continuous improvement programs that assist CEOs and Operations Leaders in organizational transformation.

He is a certified Scrum Master and a proficient trainer in Lean Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management, and Agile methodologies, with a deep-rooted dedication to building business value.
