Richard has led numerous healthcare software companies throughout his career and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other types of assets divestitures. He leverages his expertise as CEO of Springboard Benefits, where the company empowers individuals to manage their health and benefit programs during their initial enrollment and life stages. Richard's charitable efforts focus on community involvement, homelessness, education, and medical treatments for cancer and other conditions. He also provides advisory services to early to mid-stage companies, investors, and boards through his firm, Richard Nelli Advisors. Richard attended the University of Mississippi, where he studied Business Administration and Management Information Systems.
