Richard Mills, PMP, is a highly intelligent, hardworking, and communicative professional with a passion for delivering timely results, developing individual and team efficacy, and exploring the impact of psychology and emotions in the workplace.

Richard holds a BA in Asian Studies with a Japanese concentration and Economics from Amherst College.

With a diverse professional background, Richard has served as Chief Of Staff and Director of the Project Management Office at SYNOVA POWER, an Economist at Compass Lexecon, a Private Equity Research Assistant, and in various other roles in organizations like Teach for America, Crowell, Weedon & Co., and Front Street Pictures.

Richard's experiences include roles such as Residential Counselor, Marketing and Production Intern, and Campus Campaign Coordinator, showcasing a broad skill set and adaptability in different environments.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Richard enjoys immersing himself in new languages and cultures to foster understanding and promote inclusivity across diverse groups.
