Richard McNeil

Richard McNeil is a dedicated intercollegiate athletics professional focused on advancing the missions of higher educational institutions and enhancing the collegiate experience through athletics.

With a strong educational background, Richard obtained an Academic Diploma from St. John's Preparatory School, a Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from Springfield College, an Executive Program for Emerging Leaders certification from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, and a BA in Music and Religion from Bates College.

Throughout his career, Richard McNeil has held various roles in different organizations, including serving as a Leadership Gifts Officer at Bates College, Assistant Director of Intercollegiate Operations and Compliance Officer at the University of Chicago, Gift Officer at Bates College, Assistant Men's Track & Field Coach at Tufts University, Service Manager at Town Sports International, Office of Development Intern at Springfield College, Graduate Assistant at Springfield College, Physical Education Teacher at Community Day Charter Public School, Assistant Track and Field Coach at MIT, Highland Street Corps Ambassador of Mentoring at AmeriCorps, and Resident Coordinator at Bates College.
