Richard McDonough

Richard McDonough is a Brooklyn-based artist with a diverse background in fine arts, painting, graphic design, and illustration.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Painting from The Maryland Institute College of Art and has studied Fine and Studio Arts at the Burren College of Art.

Richard McDonough has gained valuable experience working as an Artist Assistant for various renowned artists such as Nathlie Provosty, Ugo Rondinone, Bill Jensen, Margrit Lewczuk, Avery Singer, and others.

His professional journey also includes roles as a Production Assistant at The Brooklyn Rail, a Teaching Assistant at the New York State Summer School of the Arts, and a Community Site Leader at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Richard McDonough has honed his skills through freelance work as a Graphic Designer for McLean Hospital, a Designer and Illustrator for Advion BioSciences, and as a Portrait Painter.

With a strong educational foundation and a wealth of hands-on experience, Richard McDonough continues to create captivating art that resonates with audiences worldwide.
