Richard has a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the Global Fixed Income Markets, drive cross-functional teams, and manage complex business activities across multiple locations.
In addition to his corporate roles, Richard has rich experience in evaluating and developing finance talent, building and leading teams, and overseeing business operations. Prior to his career in finance, he worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young.
