Richard Mazzella

Richard Mazzella is a respected finance professional with extensive experience in the buy-side and sell-side of diverse markets and products. He has a strong track record of building and managing businesses, identifying and delivering critical initiatives on time and on budget, and driving growth across a range of disciplines. Richard brings a broad and deep background of skills, including electronic trading, portfolio construction and analysis, risk management, treasury/portfolio finance, technology, central clearing, transaction processing, and controls.

Richard is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, where he studied Finance, and Lehigh University College of Business, where he studied Accounting. He has held senior leadership roles at top financial firms such as Hutchin Hill Capital, Citadel Investment Group, and JP Morgan, where he oversaw the Global Fixed Income and Proprietary Positioning businesses, respectively. Richard has a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the Global Fixed Income Markets, drive cross-functional teams, and manage complex business activities across multiple locations.

In addition to his corporate roles, Richard has rich experience in evaluating and developing finance talent, building and leading teams, and overseeing business operations. Prior to his career in finance, he worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young.
