Richard Mazer

Richard S. Mazer is the Managing Director at Pathway Capital Management, where he has been a key figure since joining the firm in 1995. Based in California, he is actively involved in all aspects of the firm's investment and client-servicing activities. Mazer is a member of several important committees within Pathway, including the Management Committee and various investment committees, as well as the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Additionally, he serves on the advisory boards of multiple private market partnerships.13

Mazer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating magna cum laude from Chapman University, where he focused on finance and marketing. He also earned an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.12 His extensive experience and leadership in investment management contribute significantly to Pathway Capital's strategic direction and client relations.
