Richard Mason is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the fields of engineering, agriculture, and machine learning.
He pursued his education at the University of Oxford, where he completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering and a Master of Engineering (MEng) with First Class Honours.
Richard has held key roles in various organizations, notably serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Optimal Agriculture, where he also worked as a Product Lead and Senior Engineer.
Prior to his role at Optimal Agriculture, he was a Machine Learning Researcher at alpha-i and a Co-founder of Tembryo.
His achievements also include being part of the Fellowship 3 batch at Y Combinator and a member of Entrepreneur First in London during cohorts 4 and 5.
Richard's expertise spans across diverse areas such as agricultural technology, product development, machine learning research, and entrepreneurship.
