Richard Mancuso is a seasoned professional who is passionate about helping people overcome burnout and redefine their relationship with work. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College, Richard brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and philosophical insights to his endeavors.

Richard is currently the CEO at Insight Research Group, a role where he leads the organization in conducting insightful research and generating actionable recommendations for clients. Prior to this, he co-founded Flourish, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations combat burnout. Through his work at Flourish, Richard gained valuable experience in all aspects of business development and strategy.

Richard's expertise extends to the healthcare industry, having held various positions at HealthCare Partners, A DaVita Medical Group. He served as a Senior Analyst, where he contributed to strategic projects and analyzed healthcare data for informed decision-making. Richard also had roles as a Redwoods Analyst and a Redwoods Summer Analyst, where he honed his analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Beyond his healthcare experience, Richard has also worked in the business development and business intelligence fields. He was an Associate at Augmedix, where he helped drive business growth and provided strategic insights for the company. Prior to that, he interned in the Business Development department at Augmedix, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.

He has served on the Board of Directors for For A Reason, an organization focused on empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
