Richard Malachowski

Richard Malachowski is a seasoned design professional with an impressive career spanning over two decades. With a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master's degree in Transportation Design from ELISAVA escola superior de disseny, Richard's expertise ranges from concept design to illustration, sketch, 3D modeling, and project management. He's skilled in SolidWorks 2019, Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Premiere Pro CC, InDesign CC, and Keyshot.

Richard's professional journey took him across many creative organizations, including Hudl, Kactun, LÚCID, Cambridge Design Partnership, Play Industrial Design, Gnosis Product Development, Roca Sanitario, Perspectiva, Smart design, Seat S.A., Toulouse Latrec, RTC, Exhibit Design Peru, and Malachowski Taller de Diseño. Throughout his tenure, Richard has held several roles, from Design Manager to Senior Designer and Concept Lead Designer. He's known for his hands-on approach, leading by example, and his ability to take projects from initial concepts/ideas to design and engineering, supplier search, and manufacturing follow-up.
