With a background in Industrial Internet of Things, Logistics, and Machine Learning, Richard's educational journey includes a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance with Distinction from the University of Kansas.

His experience spans across various roles, including his current position as Manager at PalleTech, as well as past roles such as Controller/Procurement Manager at Eco-Pack a.s. and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
