Richard has excelled in leadership roles, particularly in the technology sector, working closely with startups and providing valuable insights on Fund Raising, Cross-Border M&A, Joint-Ventures, and Strategic Partnerships. His track record showcases proven success and a talent for nurturing innovative ventures.

Throughout his career, Richard has held key positions in various organizations, including strategic advisory roles at ASICLAND, Point2 Technology, Kuhan Tech, and LFC Semiconductors LTD. He also founded and managed Soaring Wisdom Management Co. LLC.

His leadership roles extend to serving on the Board of Directors at Zenlabs Energy, Inc., and holding Vice President positions at Sondrel Ltd, VeriSilicon Inc., and sales management roles at Open-Silicon, eSilicon, and NEC Electronics.
