Richard Lacy is a dedicated client services professional with a strong background in customer relations, business strategy, and leadership.

With 16 years of exemplary service in the United States Coast Guard and experience as an Account Director in a start-up environment, he has honed his skills in communication, strategy development, and motivation.

Richard's educational background includes studying Criminology and earning a Bachelor of Science degree at California State University, Fresno, as well as completing an Associates in Administration of Justice at Modesto Junior College.

His professional experience spans various roles, including Senior Elite Account Director and former Elite Account Executive at Yelp, Maritime Enforcement Specialist 1st Class Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, Crisis Counselor at Paradise Oaks Youth Svc, and Sales And Training Manager at Valley Air Systems, among others.

Passionate about establishing strong alliances to surpass goals, Richard is now looking to leverage his skills and experience in a new Account Executive role to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic company.
