Richard Jahn

Richard Jahn brings over 25 years of diverse tax experience to his current role as Managing Director with Andersen Tax Private Equity and Hedge Fund Tax Practice. With extensive knowledge of alternative investments, multistate taxation and partnership taxation, Richard assists investment partnerships with tax planning and compliance, fund accounting, fund administration, and structuring. Richard's skills also include assisting general partners and managers with individual taxation, estate planning, audit defense, and federal and state tax compliance for management companies. Prior to joining Andersen Tax, Richard served as a Senior Vice President at BISYS Fund Services and Citi Private Equity Services. Additionally, he spent time as a Partner at Arthur Andersen. Richard earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at St. John's University and is a valued member of one of the largest independent tax firms in the world.
