Richard Hoon

Richard Hoon is the Group CEO of I Search Worldwide Group, an international executive search organization. He has over two decades of experience as a C-suite search practitioner and has held various senior roles in different companies, including being the Managing Director of Asia for an international executive search franchise and General Manager of International SOS. His background also includes positions at American Express, Tourism Victoria, and Pall Corporation.134

In addition to his role at I Search Worldwide, Hoon is actively involved in community service as the Chairman of the Centre for Fathering & Dads-for-Life, a charity in Singapore focused on addressing fatherlessness. He is also a co-founder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Validus, a fintech company that has received significant funding.125

Hoon's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He is also recognized as a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.23
