Richard Holm

Richard Holm is an experienced financial markets professional who has successfully established, built, and led multiple client businesses at Investec. He started his career in credit trading and investments, eventually progressing to head Investec's strategic derivative business. Currently, he leads Investec's private company origination franchise, where he focuses on developing strategic relationships and originating financing and advisory opportunities for privately held founder and entrepreneur-led businesses.

Richard's educational background includes studying as an Associate at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

His past roles at Investec include Head of Private Companies Coverage, Head of Derivative Sales and Structuring, as well as Credit Investments and Trading. He started his journey at Investec through the Graduate Programme.
