Beginning his aviation journey at a young age of 14, Richard has worked his way up in the industry, from washing aircraft for flight time to managing multiple aviation companies.

With over 16,000 accident/incident-free flying hours, Richard has held various key positions such as Jet Captain, Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, VP, COO, and CEO.

His expertise includes aircraft sales, acquisitions, and management, with a track record of completing over 100 transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

At AeroAdvisors Inc., Richard specializes in advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing the best aircraft tailored to their needs, prioritizing transparency and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys traveling in his motor coach, boating on Lake Havasu and the Colorado River, and indulging in his passion for cooking.
