Richard Hess

Richard Hess is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in managing product innovation, digital solutions, and projects in various organizations. Hess has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University. Known for his passion for mixed reality space, Hess has spent five years scaling and evangelizing the technology within a large FMCG business. He has skills in project and product management, IS/IT, business development, and innovation strategy with B2C and B2E approaches.

Prior to his current role, Hess worked as an Immersive Experiences Lead, IT Innovation at Nestlé, where he was instrumental in leading the AR/VR Solutions team. He has also served as a Digital Innovation and Digital Coordinator at Nestlé Waters North America, where he focused on combining his knowledge of innovative technology solutions and business processes to transform the business. Before that, he served as a Solutions Analyst and Role Coordinator at Nestlé Waters.
