He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing Science from London South Bank University and pursued A-levels in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics at West Hatch Technical High School.

Richard is the Owner of Flare Consulting and has held key positions in various organizations like Co-Founder at Cambridge Infographic, Co-founder at Intranetters, CTO at GIANT Health Events, Director of IT and UX at Health-Tech Innovation Labs, and more.

His professional journey also includes roles such as a Volunteer at Centre for Computing History, Internal Systems Manager at MSW Technology, and Economic Adviser's Office Computer Support Technician at Department of Health and Social Security.
