Richard H. holds a Master of Science (MS) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has an extensive professional background in finance, corporate development, and investment banking.

Richard has served in various roles at Gain Servicing, starting as a Finance Manager and progressing to Senior Director of Revenue Management. He has also held the positions of Vice President of Revenue Management Mergers and Acquisitions and Director of Corporate Development and Finance at Gain Servicing.

Prior to his time at Gain Servicing, Richard worked at Numerex Corp. in Finance and Corporate Development. He also gained experience as a Strategy and Business Development Associate at Invista and as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at The Mclean Group.
