Richard Griffith

Richard Griffith is a Network Administrator for UTC WAN at AT&T, providing WAN support, configuration, and tech support for legacy AT&T systems, emerging technologies, and customer and network routers. With a background in sales and security at Burtel and American Home Security, Griffith is a tech-savvy professional who is now continuing his training to support his ITIL Certification by taking courses in SCRUM and AGILE through AT&T University. In addition, he boasts a Public Trust clearance, and is based in Newington CT, with frequent trips to Washington DC where he still has family and friends. Griffith is a historian by training, having studied MA, History at Western Michigan University and earning a B.A., English music at Olivet College.
