Richard Gioia

Richard Gioia is a highly experienced Veterinary Success Coach and Business Consultant with a passion for helping veterinarians succeed. His expertise covers a wide range of areas, including business management, marketing, customer service, and leadership. Richard has studied Leadership Coaching, Teaching, and Public Speaking at the John Maxwell Certification Program, as well as Business Coaching, Marketing, Consulting, and Related Support Services at the Prime-time Business Institute. He also holds a Certificate in Photography from the Center for the Media Arts, and a High School Diploma from Union High School.

Throughout his career, Richard has gained extensive experience working in various organizations, including Richard P. Gioia Consulting, R. Gioia Publishing, Rick Gioia and Associates, Strong Heart Business Solutions L.L.C, and Upper Valley Services/Vermont Crises Intervention Network. As a Veterinary Success Coach and Business Consultant, Richard provides "do it yourself" online courses, private and group coaching, webinars, workshops, and written materials that help veterinarians and their staff increase profits, create effective marketing, attract new patients, lower patient and staff turnover rates, and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and sales.

Richard's ultimate goal is to help veterinarians get unstuck and transform their business, professional, and personal lives. He achieves this by coaching them on how to affect Culture Change, define Core Values, and put in place a strategy to maximize those values. He is passionate about helping veterinarians and their staff stop agonizing over marketing, people, systems, efficiency, accountability, and profitability, and start flourishing in their practice.
