Richard Geoffroy is a CPA with over 27 years of experience in accounting, tax, and finance, specializing in the taxation of commercial transactions. He has worked with corporate and partnership clients across various industries, focusing on structuring transactions, global cash modeling, tax due diligence, and risk mitigation. Richard's expertise includes corporate/consolidation tax, income tax accounting, partnership taxation, and international tax. He holds an M.S. in Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting. Richard is a former Managing Director at KPMG LLP, where he led the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice. He has also held roles at PwC, Richardson & Co., Deloitte, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University.
