Richard DeCapua

Richard DeCapua is an experienced and accomplished educator with over 20 years of experience in higher education administration and faculty positions. He is an expert in the financial aspects of education, including enrollment, college marketing, student debt, return on investment, and industry disruptions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Quinnipiac University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Springfield College, and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Johnson & Wales University. He has held various roles, including faculty member at the University of Northern Colorado, Associate Dean of Students & Faculty at Boston College, and Vice President for Academic Affairs at OneClass. Richard has also served as a member of the Foundation Board of Directors and National Board of Directors at NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. Additionally, he has experience in recruiting and managing teams, planning and executing large-scale conferences, events, and programs.
