Richard Dam

Richard Dam is a seasoned software engineer and manager with over a decade of experience in leading engineering and product teams. He has worked on multiple products in the payment and eCommerce sectors. Richard has held key positions such as the Head of Engineering at GO VIET and the CTO of a Fintech startup that he co-founded. He possesses a strong background in Computer Science with a Master of Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Engineering and Technology, VNU in Hanoi. Richard's education journey also includes General Studies at the High School for Gifted Students in Hanoi. Throughout his career, Richard has worked with various organizations such as Noodle Factory, Toptal, TDC VN .jsc, GPay Joint Stock Company, and SmartOSC, taking on roles ranging from Software Engineer to Technical Advisor to Engineering Manager. His expertise lies in software system architecture and cloud computing, reflecting his passion and commitment to these areas.
