Richard Dalton

Richard Dalton is a seasoned investment banker with a specialization in technology M&A, boasting over 30 years of experience in the field. He held the position of Partner and Managing Director at Mooreland Partners before its acquisition by Stifel in July 2019. Throughout his career, Richard has been instrumental in over 100 successful transactions encompassing various forms of deals such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and more, both domestically and internationally. His journey in investment banking commenced with Robert Fleming Inc.'s U.S. corporate finance group and Jardine Fleming's Asian affiliate, following which he transitioned from public accounting at Touche, Ross & Co. Richard Dalton holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Boise State University and is a former Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Currently serving as an IB Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp., Richard blends his extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality financial services.
