Richard has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, including Director of Admissions at Crofton House School, Director of Athletics at St. George's School, and Senior Development Officer - Athletics at The University of British Columbia.

His experience also extends to the basketball industry, having worked with the Memphis Grizzlies in roles such as Basketball Operations - Video Coordinator/Scout, Senior Director of Community Investment, and Assistant Video Coordinator.

Prior to his time with the Memphis Grizzlies, Richard Cohee held positions with the Vancouver Grizzlies as Assistant Video Coordinator and Manager of Community Relations.
