Richard Bryan

Richard Bryan is an expert in scent marketing, sensory branding, experience creation, self-awareness, personal branding, and sales management enhancements. He has studied Executive Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and also holds an AAS in Criminal Justice from Tarrant County College and a BS in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington. Over the years, he has held various positions in sales and management, including Managing Partner at Road2Yes, Director of Sales - US/Canada, and Regional Manager - US Central Region at ScentAir, and Managing Partner at Mphasys Consultants. As a Council Member at GERSON LEHRMAN GROUP LIMITED, Richard shares his expertise with others in the industry, and helps promising sales reps develop confidence and become contributing members of the team. He also assists sales managers in building sustainable, productive, and tenured teams through higher emotional intelligence.
