    Richard Brooke has over twenty years of experience in the media industry, starting his career in regional press and television sales before moving to a media agency where he worked in planning and buying across various accounts.

    After gaining a broad range of skills in media and account management, Richard joined Accenture Marketing Sciences where he led a team of consultants and managed a portfolio of clients, eventually becoming joint managing director.

    In 2005, Richard transitioned to Unilever, where he spent seven years in the UK managing media buying and measurement, food category media strategy, and overseeing marketing procurement and agency relationships.

    He later moved to Unilever's European headquarters in Rotterdam in 2013, serving as the European Director of Media Operations and Strategy.

    Throughout his career, Richard has excelled in media strategic planning, buying, and negotiation. He has expertise in agency procurement processes and managing relationships with agencies across various marketing services sectors.

    Currently, he is responsible for coordinating media output and performance across diverse European markets at Unilever, where he is known for his integrity, authenticity, and ability to engage with senior management and agencies.

    Richard holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, an HND in Business Studies with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from the University of the West of England, and is an alumnus of Oundle School.
