Richard Bakoss

Richard Bakoss is a highly experienced Principal Solicitor who has made a name for himself in Family Law, Criminal Law and Corporation Law. He is a passionate advocate for social justice and human rights, having served on the Human Rights Committee at Law Society of NSW from 2015 to 2018. He's also served on the Technology Committee at Law Society of NSW in 2015, 2017, and 2018.

Richard has a diverse educational background, having studied at Dublin Institute of Technology, the University of Technology Sydney, and the University of Western Sydney. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, a Bachelor of Law, a Master of Project Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing Science.

With over 20 years of experience in various legal and technological fields, Richard has held positions such as Solicitor at Mark Ireland Lawyers, Product Manager at LexisNexis - Reed Elsevier, IT Operations Manager at Griffith College Dublin, and Director – Chief Technology Officer at Worldbyte Limited. Additionally, Richard was an Assistant Director - Integrated Communications at Commonwealth Government Attorney-General’s Department.

Richard currently serves as Principal Solicitor and Director at Camden Solicitors and Conveyancers. Prior to this, he was an Associate Solicitor at Our Lawyers Our Conveyancers and Coutts Solicitors and Conveyancers.
