With experience working with over 40 ventures and co-founding his own, Richard is acclaimed for his strategic acumen, problem-solving abilities, creative solutions, building partnerships, simplifying complex concepts, customer-centric approach, and driving outcomes.
As the co-founder of Reevoo, Richard served as CEO for six years, leading the company through multiple funding rounds and securing a vast clientele of 300 brands before transitioning to a Non-Executive position and aiding the business until its acquisition.
Richard's educational journey includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield School of Management, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Bristol, and education from Tonbridge School.

Richard's professional journey began in geology, leading to roles in venture capital with 3i, academia with a PhD in engineering geology, post-doctoral research, an MBA, and consultancy with KPMG where he served as a Senior Strategy Consultant in the TMT sector and was later seconded to Orange as an interim head of group planning covering 22 countries.
Anson has also worked as a Project Engineer at Hyder Consulting, a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Bristol, an Engineer at GIBB Engineering and Architecture, and an Investment Controller at 3i Group plc.
