Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences.

He currently serves as the Managing Director at SmartBI and has held leadership positions in organizations like Class Capital Pty Ltd, Cornelissen Transport, and Smartways Logistics.
