Richa Borkar Koli

Meet Richa Koli, a Senior Vice President - Business Development at Work Better Training Pvt. Ltd. She is one of the founding members of the organization and has played a significant role in building it from scratch. She has completed her B.Com and MBA in Human Resource Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura. Before joining Work Better, she has worked with esteemed organizations like Gridstone Research, Deutsche Bank, and Airtel.

Richa's career highlights include effectively juggling diverse roles earlier including Operations, Client Servicing, Talent Acquisition, Trainer empanelment, Content development and Social-media Networking. She has managed to develop a highly prestigious list of clientele who trust and count Work Better as their long-term partners in training. She actively heads different training projects for key customers such as Deloitte, Viacom 18, Godrej & Boyce, Volvo Eicher, Tata Aig, Titan, Edelweiss, among others. She has also featured on various media publications like Business Goa, Mumbai Mirror, Times Ascent, highlighting her expertise in the field.

Apart from her professional career, Richa is highly creative in nature and enjoys sketching and painting. She is also a trained Salsa dancer and an amateur mimic, which helps her break the monotony of a stressful day at work.
