Rich Zapf has an extensive and impressive background in the digital experience and ecommerce industry. Having previously held important positions such as Vice President Of Digital Experience at Simpletire, Vice President Of Ecommerce at Luckyvitamin, Senior Director Of Ecommerce at Luckyvitamin, and Vice President Of Product Management at Pet360 among others, Zapf's career has been nothing short of spectacular.

Zapf studied at the prestigious Omniture University and Germantown Friends School, later earning his Bachelors in Music at Connecticut College. Zapf's music interest led him to co-found Music123.Com, co-found Milkboy Recording Studio, and co-own Zapf'S Music Stores.
