Rich Young is a highly respected and accomplished professional with over fifty years of experience in systems engineering and program management, logistics, and information technology. He studied logistics management at Central Michigan University and economics at Rollins College, which equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in his career.

As the President and CEO of Systems Integration & Analysis (SIA), Rich has demonstrated exceptional leadership, exceptional networking, and unparalleled closing skills. He specializes in sales and marketing, as well as working with small businesses that want to do business with the Federal Government. He has helped many businesses achieve certification in their core business areas, which has earned him respect within the industry.

Rich is a former Captain in the United States Air Force and dedicates himself to serving others. He is a dedicated Rotarian who has been committed to the principle of "Service Above Self" since 1983. His commitment to ethics and integrity, combined with his technical expertise, make him a trusted advisor to his colleagues and clients.
