Rich is the Co-Founder of Works Capital which invests in technology companies and works to create value in financial services and consumer internet. His passion for healthcare technology has led him to actively work with partners and portfolio companies of private equity and late-stage venture firms.

Prior to his work with Works Capital, Rich worked for Groupon for nearly a decade, where he held several leadership roles including CEO. During his tenure, he played a vital role in the company's restructuring, refocusing on local services, establishing a sustainable cost structure, reigniting innovation, and driving a culture of inclusivity and ownership. At Amazon, Rich oversaw the development of advertising programs and brought brand building back to Amazon. He also played a significant role in developing marketing programs and technologies at companies such as Experian and FreeCreditReport.com.

In addition to his professional life, Rich is a family man based in Nashville. He enjoys cycling, playing guitar, and working on his pilot's license. He is also a member of several organizations such as Park City Angels, Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and the Board of Payoneer.
