Rich Westelman

Rich Westelman is an experienced independent consultant, specializing in serving as a part-time or interim COO/CFO for startup and venture-backed companies. He excels in enhancing business and sales models, creating and utilizing financial models for business management, developing efficient sales compensation programs, facilitating equity investments, and implementing systems for financial and HR purposes to support business growth.

Rich holds an MBA with a focus on Strategy and Finance from Yale School of Management. He also completed a BA in Biological Anthropology at Harvard University.

Throughout his career, Rich has held prominent positions in various organizations. He served as a Consultant and Interim CFO/COO at Mann Hill Partners, CFO and Head of HR at Jibo, Inc., COO and SVP of Sales & Client Services at Sermo, as well as in marketing and business development roles at EnglishCentral, Inc. Rich also held leadership positions as CFO at SpeechWorks and Vicorp Interactive Systems. His experience includes serving as a Director/Senior Consultant Lead client manager at Dove Consulting, Inc., Director of Business Planning at Bank of Boston Corporation, and Senior Business Planner for Franchise Acquisitions at Pepsi USA within PepsiCo Inc.
