Rich Rusgo

Rich Rusgo is the Vice President at Warnock, Tanner & Associates (WTA Consulting), where he has been a key figure since 1998. With over 35 years of experience in the IT field, he initially started his career as an IT Manager, notably automating processes for the largest franchise of Midas Muffler. For the past 25 years, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at WTA, focusing on various aspects including accounting, financial management, human resources, analysis, forecasting, sales, and management.12

In his current role as Vice President, Rich leads WTA’s Staffing and Recruiting Services, emphasizing business development and fostering strong customer relationships. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Toledo with a specialization in Human Resources and Statistics.12
