Rich Nadworny

Rich Nadworny is a human-centered design expert who has helped businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs build better products, services, business models, and processes. He uses empathy, imagination, and creation to drive change that propels businesses and organizations forward. Rich Nadworny brings a customer-obsessed approach to his work, partnering with customers in a collaborative effort to develop solutions that improve their daily lives. He aims to impact and helps others embrace design to empower their culture for a better customer experience. With an education in Marketing Communication and New Media, History, and innovation leadership, he is committed to bringing a discipline to this equation.

Rich Nadworny co-founded Savvy Design Collaborative, where he currently works as the Design Director. He was previously the Principal at Empatico and Design Education and Capacity Building Lead, Design Strategist at Transformator Design. Rich has also worked as the Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Commentator at Vermont Public Radio, Owner, Digital Strategist at Digalicious, and Director of Digital Strategy/Partner at Kelliher Samets Volk. He has experience working as a Web Producer at Public Interactive, Senior Developer/Executive Producer at Bali Hai Interactive, and Video Producer at REN Film.
