    As a Six Sigma Black Belt at 3M, Rich honed his skills in process improvement, quality management, and operational excellence, which have been instrumental in his approach to business strategy and growth initiatives.

    Prior to 3M, he served as the Global Marketing Communications Manager at Dow Corning, where he played a critical role in shaping brand messaging and strategic marketing efforts.
