Rich Lockwood

Rich Lockwood is a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial statement and compliance auditing and reporting.

His expertise lies in working with complex and investor-backed entities, M&A buy- and sell-side accounting, Reg A+ public companies, consolidated entities with domestic and international subsidiaries, governments, special purpose governments/utilities, government-backed entities, education, and other not-for-profit organizations.

Currently, Rich Lockwood serves as the Partner and Assurance Technical Director at Blankenship CPA Group, located in downtown Nashville at 700 Church Street.

He holds a BS in Accounting from Biola University and has a wealth of experience in various positions including CFO & Compliance at Tapps.to, Assurance Principal at Elliott Davis and Crosslin, Manager at K·Coe Isom, LLP, Controller/CFO at Ambassador Advertising Agency, Supervising Senior at KPMG, and more.

Rich Lockwood has also contributed to the academic world as an Adjunct Faculty, teaching Auditing at Biola University.
