Rich Herbst is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in learning development, training, leadership development, operations, product development, and product management. His career spans from being a Navy fighter pilot to his current role overseeing Learning and Development and the Community Foundation at TeleTech.

Rich's expertise includes leadership development, learning solutions development, training, product marketing, product management, business development, product strategy, project management, P&L, budgeting, client retention, team leadership, strategic business planning, financial analysis, technology and innovation, and operations management.

His educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Mississippi State University, an MSE in Control Systems Engineering from Tulane University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.

Rich has held key positions such as Vice President of Learning and Development, President of TeleTech Community Foundation, Vice President of Global Business Services at TeleTech, President of Westwood College in Denver, Executive Director of Product Management at TeleTech, Director of Business Development at AT&T Broadband, and F-14 Fighter Pilot (Commander, Retired) in the United States Navy.
