Rich Delanty is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the translation, localisation, and globalisation industry. Originally a software developer based in Ireland, Rich has lived and worked in various Asian cities such as Tokyo, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Seoul.

With a background in Computer Science from Munster Technological University, Rich has held key leadership positions, including Founder & CEO at Into23, where he focuses on providing technology-driven language solutions to aid businesses in succeeding in global markets. He has effectively grown organizations, moving from a team of 5 to nearly 1,000 employees.

Throughout his career, Rich has been instrumental in working with top technology partners and linguists to create tailored solutions for clients. Prior to Into23, he held roles such as Growth Consultant at Smartcat, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President Sales & Operations, Vice President Sales & Operations APJ, Regional Director, and General Manager in China at SDL plc, showcasing his diverse and extensive experience in the industry.
