His long professional journey began in 1985 as a recruiter with CORICO Corporation, where he established an engineering presence for the company that had not existed for two years. After six years, he went on to establish his own recruitment agency, Vista Technology in 1991. Since then, he has focused solely on recruiting Biotechnology/BioPharmaceutical/Life Sciences professionals for his clients as well as ensuring a successful experience for job seekers.
